Inserts

This is an 'hour-glass' shaped 'stuffer' made from six layers of flannelette, it is at the core of the 'easy care' system. This is what puts more absorbency right where it is needed. Slightly shorter than the Velcro® diaper wrap, they don't add inches to the waist, so the wrap stays comfortable. You want more absorbency? Add more inserts! Two inserts fill out a Velcro® brief quite nicely and offers very good absorbency that stays up on an active person. I use a lot more inserts than diapers!
